For over 25 years, AMA at FIU has empowered the next generation of marketing leaders. Founded in 2001, our chapter has been recognized as a Top 15 AMA Chapter for over a decade.

 

Every week, we bring together students and industry professionals through engaging meetings featuring guest speakers, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences. Members can also get involved in our committees—including Creative & Digital Media, Community & Social Impact, and Sponsorship & Fundraising—where they collaborate on meaningful projects and develop real-world skills.

In 2013, our members launched Roaring Concepts, one of the nation's leading student-run marketing agencies, providing professional marketing and advertising services to real clients.

Our community also extends beyond meetings through the MIC'D Podcast, where we feature conversations with marketing professionals, alumni, and industry leaders who share career advice, insights, and inspiring stories.
